Norwood Chiropractor
About The Spine Hub
Dr Lyndon Troost
Chiropractor & Founder
Dr Lyndon’s first experience with chiropractic was as a teenager, playing basketball and football. Having struggled for many years with scoliosis and seeing many other health professionals who were unable to help, he saw a chiropractor. He was not only amazed at how quickly he was pain free, but also how much better he felt and functioned overall. This lead to his passion and dedication for helping people with chiropractic care.
Originally from Melbourne, Dr Lyndon graduated from both La Trobe University and RMIT University with a bachelor of health science (physiology), a bachelor health science (chiropractic) and a masters degree in clinical chiropractic.
He then spent several years working in country Victoria before making the move to South Australia where he has been working as an associate and locum chiropractor.
Now, as the cofounder of The Spine Hub, Dr Lyndon is excited to help as many people as possible get back to living their lives, as happy and healthy as they can be.
Dr Yasmine Lintvelt
Chiropractor & Founder
Adelaide born and bred Dr Yasmine Lintvelt is a chiropractor and qualified personal trainer, with a strong interest in helping you achieve and maintain an improved quality of life. Whether you’re a desk worker or physically inclined, a gamer or a gym/sports fanatic, Dr Yasmine would love to help you reach your health goals. She received her Bachelor in Health Science (Chiropractic) and Masters of Clinical Chiropractic at RMIT, before moving back home to South Australia. She has a certificate III and IV in fitness, and since completing her Chiropractic studies, has also completed a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition, is half way through her Animal Biomechanical Studies (Animal Chiropractic), and is undertaking her Yoga Teacher Training 200hrs this year to further expand her knowledge of wellness, stretching and rehabilitation.
Her love for chiropractic started as a child, when she saw what a difference it could make to other people, including her own family. From 7 years old, she decided she knew she wanted to be a chiropractor. As a teenager, she experienced her own back pain, and went from bedridden to back at school with the help of chiropractic.
As an adult, it has helped Dr Yasmine manage some of her endometriosis symptoms, and she understands how difficult it can be to manage chronic conditions, and is here with you.
Dr Yasmine has a wide range of interests, including the gym, pull ups, hiking with the fur babies, animals, reading, and even amateur poi twirling. She grew up participating in Scouts, and enjoys challenging experiences and outdoor activities. She recently featured as “The Chiropractor” on Season 1 of Million Dollar Island Australia.
The Spine Hub is a health space for everyone, and Dr Yasmine and Dr Lyndon would love to welcome you and assist you with your chiropractic journey.
